How do I book a taxi?
You can easily book a taxi by entering the requested information on our home page or the Schiphol Taxi page. After you have entered the requested information, the fare will be calculated and you can pay online. You can also order a taxi by emailing email@example.com or calling 020 3030 770. Corporate customers can log in via the website.
Are the prices displayed per person or per vehicle?
The prices shown are always per vehicle and include all taxes, tips and fees. The maximum number of passengers and bags that fit comfortably in each vehicle is shown below each car class. The number of passengers has no influence on the price.
What if my flight is delayed?
For airport pickups, you have a free waiting time of 60 minutes. We understand that there may be problems that you do not control yourself and that can lead to unexpected delays. By specifying your flight number when booking, your driver can keep track of your arrival time and adjust your pick up time accordingly. If there is a long wait and the driver cannot wait, we will contact you to work out an alternative solution.
What is a Meet & Greet service?
Your driver will pick you up at the Meeting point in Schiphol with your name or company mentioned on a tablet. Accompany the passenger to the vehicle and help you with your luggage.
What is Deluxe Taxi Amsterdam's cancellation policy?
For transfers, cancellation is free of charge if more than one hour is left for the agreed collection time. If there is an hour or less before the agreed collection time, the total price must be paid. For bookings per hour, cancellation is free of charge if there are more than 24 hours left for the agreed collection time. If there is 24 hours or less before the agreed collection time, the total price must be paid.
How do I add extra stops to my booking?
It is not possible to add extra stops to a single transfer via the booking module of the website. If you want to make one or more stops during your ride, we recommend that you book one of our service levels per hour. Of course, you can also e-mail us your wishes and we will send you a suitable offer.
Can I book a specific vehicle?
It is possible to book a specific vehicle via e-mail. It is not possible to book a specific vehicle via the online booking module. You always get a vehicle of the desired category. DTA has the right to tacitly grant an upgrade without prior notice.
